I must apologize to all supporters for my irregular entries! I have a busy life and have been involved in a very important job for my friends, which has taken lots of time.
Now on friday 31/07/2009 I’m going on holliday and will not post anything until the end of August.

What you say and which words you choose, how you think, how you move and your body posture all mirror your self-confidence. Have you ever listened to what you say? Have you ever stopped and thought about words you say and what actually triggers the way you speak? Of course not! What’s the purpose to think about that? So let me ask a question: How many times a day do you criticize someone else or something else or how many times a day do you criticize yourself?
Aha!! This is easy one right now when you think about it and I’m sure you are even very confident about this as well.
I guess the number of times you criticize others or yourself will be pretty high! If not, you are either not that honest with yourself or you are already an enlightened master. This is another issue which you can resolve by monitoring your words along with your thoughts. They will be pretty similar to each other anyway.
If you start now, you will see into yourself a bit more deeply and start control not only the flow of you mind and thoughts but also energy, life giving vibration, which will cause changes in space around you, your life and confidence together!
Did you know that every word has its own vibration just like thoughts or anything else in the world? When you start yelling at your dog, children or neighbour, you can feel the energy is very negative. When you start using bad words, it will become a seriously dark and extremely stressful moment affecting everything around you and you will become exhausted by this negative energy.
That’s not all. When you start to do such a thing, the beginning is not as bad as when you are in the middle or the end of the argument or swearing. This is because you immediately attract negative energy, which is then absorbed into your body and mind from the space around you! This is true and we all have this experience. What level is your confidence at, at that moment?
The opposite is when you start laughing with your friends or family members. The positive energy is spread and attracts more positive energy, which is much more powerful then negative one. Even the dog starts feeling the energy and may start liking you or be crazy happy. This applies to everything around you!! And it can stay that way for a long time until you are back in your negative thoughts. Every single moment of this extreme energy is your focus on the object of your thought. So be very careful what you say and think!! These energise the vibration and push you towards to energy field of your focus and therefore manipulate your self-esteem as well.

Self confidence is blocked by thinking! And this is not a joke!
Do you want to access universal confidence? You don’t need to know how because if you say yes, you are already doing the necessary steps like reading through this article or searching the Internet for answers, which will eventually lead you to the gate of the absolute confidence. The NO people are probably finished reading by now, but you never know. As I wrote before, there are plenty of aspects for building self-esteem…
Right now I’ve got another clue, which goes deep inside the topic of self-confidence.
Do you remember a moment when you did something and time passed fast and you didn’t really feel anything except the satisfaction that the job was done or you finished what was necessary to do?
What did you do? The answer is ……nothing, really!!! You just concentrated on doing that work and that’s it!! Ok, what is the point of telling you this?
Read this:
There is a proof that we are thinking too much and that we consider this thinking as normal and good healthy state. But this constant thinking doesn’t help us at all.

You think too much about everything!!!!!
What for? It is not necessary to think if you don’t have to! It is just another brutal destroyer of vital live energy, which is necessary for self-confidence.
All spiritual teachers or modern speakers say the same thing. For example you may hear something like ” You have to interrupt your pattern” or “you must act now, so don’t leave it till tomorrow” and so on.
All they are trying to say is “just stop thinking about it and do it”. What does self confidence have to do with it? The same thing!!! You are stuck in the past and feel great pain, because you always have thoughts reminding you of what may have happened to you in the past.
When you use that much energy for thinking about this “past crap” you have no energy left to do anything else, and probably feel tired, stressed and unfulfilled.
Now, only one thing you have to practice today is to listen to your mind. Just simply try to listen what is going on in your head. You may put that on the paper and you’ll see.
It may be hard, you say, but if you do nothing and just listen, you will realise you are not thinking and it is simply quiet in your mind. The vital live energy will flow back into your body.
This thinking process is trying to overpower you all the time and unfortunately it frequently wins. But now you know what to do when your confidence issues pop up again. Try to listen. Do not judge the thought – just listen. Soon you will see the difference because thinking will lose its power over you and your emotions. As a result you will lose the fear and get much more energy to stay focused.
I will give you an example:
You are driving a car, listening your music or radio channel and pretty much enjoying the ride. You may even be thinking about some stuff while driving. You spot a car coming to your direction from the opposite site of the route. You just notice the car but don’t think about it. Now the car is just few hundred metres away when you see something happening. Instantly your focus is on the car and you are making some decisions about your driving. You have NO TIME to think what to do!! You are reacting according the situation in order to avoid the crash!!! There is no thinking involved because you are focused on one thing, in this case your own survival. The right thoughts suddenly appear automatically when you need them!!!
Does it make sense? If you are always thinking what you can or cannot do and what consequences it will or will not have, you will never do anything life changing! You will never push the break because you will never know what the right decision is!!!
This applies to everything in your life and not only to dangerous situations. Self confidence is your tool to move on in the right direction. It is not anything you have to think about!!

Let’s go back to basics again and try to identify what is self confidence. Because You are looking for something which will be easy to understand or use, you have to go deeply inside yourself and identify the cause of your problem. But you know this anyway.
Let me explain: You think that you lack self confidence and you behave that way almost every time when some type of situation occurs. Now think, this situation is not continuous is it? There is a specific time when you feel that way. So, there must be some kind of trigger to make you feel bad, and make you think that you have lost your confidence. The question is “is this really a self confidence problem? There is some sort of a system within you that causes you to be in a different mood every time you are close to your past “bad” experience!
And what about the time when you are confident? Don’t’ say that there is nothing like that. There is more time when you are confident than when you experiencing the change of your state, without even noticing.
Here is the truth: You are self confident in the space or time where there is no possibility of bad situations to confront. It is most probably at home or in your garage or garden etc… You see, you are very confident in particular situations.
So why do we concentrate on low self esteem instead of using your confidence everywhere and anytime?
The answer is …….FEAR!!!
You had some kind of experience where you have tried to do something, but instead of achieving your aim you received pain, embarrassment or even shock from the reaction. This was registered by your conscious mind and deeply transferred to subconscious mind which works as self defense.
All of this happened only because you were NOT ready for this kind of result in that situation, and you look at it as a defeat instead of a challenge!
Than every time a similar situation occurs, you feel fear which results in avoiding the situation, and blaming yourself for low self esteem later on! This fear is actually a translation of the pain which sits in your subconscious mind. We are humans and this is what we do. We avoid pain!
When I was about six year old I had an experience with a dentist. There was a time when my class had to go visit the dentist without being a previous warning, so everyone showed up. I had no experience with a dentist before. This was my first time. My name is alphabetically last so I had plenty of time to watch what was going on. There were about 20 children in front of me and every time someone came back from the dentist’s room, they shared the experience. This was very frightening and before I was called in, I was ultimately scared to death! From then on, I have always been scared of dentists although my own experience was without the actual pain.
So my concentration changed because of pure fear!! That’s it.
How far do you have to go to answer your questions? Is it really self confidence that affects your state of mind?

There are plenty of good quality self esteem books you can find on the market today, but the usual issue is how far can you go with just reading these books?
It is true that you may normally have a good feeling when reading these kinds of books, but what about when you finish the reading? What would be your next step?
I found out that this mission of having self confidence doesn’t stop here. Of course that there is a small problem called Action. Yes that’s it. You have read it in the books, remember?
Now…This is the structure:
First you realize that you need more self esteem so you read a book about how to improve your confidence.
After that you have the information, but you do…. absolutely nothing about it!!!
And this is what I call the fundamentals of low self confidence!

Next, after another bad experience of feeling very low, you are searching for another book or something that may make the negative feelings go away. Some of the weakest minds take drugs or other forms of toxic helpers. This is because a lot of stuff is going through people’s minds and they are turning to their secure feeling of being depressed.
And this is the stage where you have to stop and think. Do not underestimate this stage! Trust me!
The fundamental question to ask is what you feel right now and that one needs to be focused on! Nothing else!
The question will reveal all the things you are trying to hide from yourself. Here you must be very honest with yourself.
I am going to give you an example how brilliantly I manage to avoid my hidden problems and issues.
For example, I am reading a book which is telling me to take action, pushing me to move on and telling me that I can do it. I actually feel that I can do it, but as soon as I put the book down, I start distracting my mind with the thoughts such as these: I have to clean up my desk or I have take the shower fist or some other things which keep me away from taking action.
This is the problem so I never ever try to plan taking action! I do it at the same moment I have the feeling that I can or must do it.
If you are somewhere and there is a situation which requires of you to take action and you recognize it because your mind and all your body is actually telling you to do it, don’t wait any second and move forward. Focus! Your heart will beat like you are running the marathon and the temperature of your body will change drastically, but this is a good sign because you are in the middle of taking action!!!!!!
If, at this precise moment, you feel you need to do something, take action NOW and do it. See how it feels and remember it.

I was trying to answer this question for a long time until recently. My self confidence suffered many times through my life before I was able to find the right help for my problems. One of these problems, which I realised, was bad sleeping habit or bad sleep at night. I tried to investigate a little bit more about how to improve my sleep and find the right solution to my trouble. I started to practice all the recommendations and finally found the right time when to go sleep and when to wake up. After a couple of weeks I had realised that my dark moods completely disappeared, which positively affected my focus as well as my self confidence!
I will try to be as clear as possible about this. Bad sleep made me tired and left me feeling useless. When I woke up, I had already bad mood telling me that I couldn’t do it and another precious day was lost. I couldn’t figure out why I had always such a bad mood and why I could not concentrate more on the things I wanted to do. I had to deal with all the daily duties but I always postponed everything until it was critical to do it. When I started to look around, I asked questions like “what’s wrong with me” or “why everybody is happy and I am not?” I started to feel less confident about myself and all my ambitions disappeared. Of course I was so tired that I started sleeping even during the day with the thoughts that it may help me. Absolutely not! It was much worse than before!
Despite being in such a desperate situation, I managed to push myself to the limit and said that there must be a way out of this. The bad night sleep isn’t the only problem I had, but it is definitely one of the key elements for having a better self esteem. Other important elements involve regular exercising, daily dose of natural light, drinking more water, better diet and using a bed for sleeping instead of watching TV!
These elements have become my natural habits and they should also become yours for a better life and solid self confidence!
